It seems Ebay has different logics for seller outside the US like me. Last week I listed this bracket via Ebay.co.uk. Although I was open for worldwide buyers, but it seems my listing only effective for UK buyers.

It was sold already, but I still have several brackets, and wish to sell this for US buyer. So now I listed it via Ebay.com.
