Some enthusiast friends have installed a vintage Simplex E7 next to the digital projector in the projection room at the Regent Centre in Christchurch, Dorset. The projection room also houses a small but comprehensive museum of cinema equipment and memorabilia. From time to time there are tours of the museum followed by a 20 minute reel of vintage trailers and adverts (mostly from the 1950s), projected on the E7. The tours have been very popular and there is a long waiting list.
